Build on your appropriate technology skills while completing needed service projects. Construct a biogas digester, practice solar food drying/cooking, tour rainwater harvesting systems, build a biosand water filter, and tour an organic coffee plantation. Cost: $1200 excluding international airfare to Tziscao.
